Customer Success Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and fostering long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Understanding customers’ needs, ensuring excellent customer experience, fostering long-term loyalty and developing close client relationships
- Taking proactive measures to ensure that customers are satisfied with a products or services
- Keeping track of common complaints to predict potential problems and responding to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Regularly checking in with customers to provide updates, suggest innovative ideas, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the customer relationship policies and practices of the Company
- Establishing or implementing customer success, services policies and procedures for staff
- Hiring, training and supervising Customer Success Associates
- Planning and controlling budget and inventory
- Managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies for the purpose of customer relationships, satisfaction and loyalty programs
- Provide weekly reports and meet with product team to address functional gaps
Qualifications
- A college or bachelor degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Sales or Business Administration is required
- Necessary client service skills including multitasking, time management, relationship management, strong communication skills, strong report writing skills, and focusing on business impact.
- One to two years proven experience in a field related to Customer Success Manager position
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong personnel resources and problem solving skills
- Previous work experience in the hospitality industry an asset
- Previous work experience in a point of sales company an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
